Return and Refund Policy

30 Days Easy Return Window

We have 30 days easy return window for our customers. Customers can easily exchange or return products within 30 days of receiving the product. Kindly contact our customer support department via email and provide all the necessary details to them so that they can further proceed your request.

Note:

  • For multiple similar products there is no return/exchange.
  • Used products and it is not in its original form.
  • You have a change of thought or change of mind.
  • Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • After 30 days of receiving the product there is no return.
  • Before processing the return, inspection will be conducted.


Refund Policy:

You will get your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

All the instruction and notification will be sent via email.

Order Cancellation

Full Refund: If you made cancellation request within 24 hours of order you will get a full refund.

Partial Refund: If you made cancellation request after 24 hours but within 3 days before shipping, you will get refund with 30% deduction.

No Cancellation: No cancellation request will be accepted after 3 days of order.

Exchange Policy:

  • The products must be in their original condition for the exchange.
  • Shipping cost will be bear by the customers.
  • You will get the replacement of product within 15 days of receiving the returned product.


Return and Exchange Procedure:

Product pictures should be clear, so take clear picture and sent us via email.

  • Draft simple and concise email describing the issue.
  • Attach pictures of the product to the email.
  • Send email to info@bonencia.com
  • Customer support will be responded within 24 hours.
  • By using a trackable courier, send the parcel to the mentioned address.
  • Share your tracking ID/number with customer support.
  • Processing and inspection take place.
  • Process will be completed within 3 business days by accounts department.
  • Bank processing will take 5 to 24 days.


Restocking Fees

Restocking fees is eligible when customers returned the product. Restocking fees refers to all the expenses including shipment and repackaging. The merchandise’s type, size, and weight all affect the restocking cost.

Note: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee at Bonencia. Please note that, while we offer free shipping to our valuable customer, kindly understand that we have to bear the shipping cost because shipping cost is not free for us.
