Q1. How to track my order?

After the confirmation of order, you will receive a confirmation email and we will also give you the tracking ID through which you can easily track your order’s status until it arrives at your doorstep.

We accept payment through PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery and E-cheques.

Q3. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Q4. What if I’m not sure about my size?

If you have any query regarding your size see our detailed size chart available on each product page. If you are still confused about you size, kindly contact our customer support team.

Q5. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Orders will take delivery time of 10 days and a maximum of 12 days.

Q6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer support with the detail of order and take a clear picture of the defected item and send us via email with brief description, we will guide you through the exchange or refund process.

Q7. What If I mistakenly give you the wrong address?

If you entered a wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will update the address accordingly. Unfortunately, if the product is dispatched, changes can’t be made.
