Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel satisfied and confident with every purchase at Bonencia. That’s why we have created a customer friendly and a clear policy for exchanges, return, or refunds. Please review the following guidelines carefully before proceeding with any of your request.

30- Day Free Exchange

You may exchange any of your order within 30 days of your receiving the order. If you request after 30 days of receiving your order, you are not eligible for any exchange, as we are unable to assume responsibility beyond that time.

Limitation of Return and Refund Policy

  • You may return and refund your product after receiving of your order within 24 hours. 
  • You may not eligible for the return and refund policy after 24 hours of receiving your product.
  • You may return or refund your product, if you found your order defected. We are not responsible for the issue related to size and color because the color is always not same as the product shown in images due to light effect, sometimes it’s slightly different. 
  • We always send you the size which you mentioned in the order, please note that reassure your size again before the order.
 

Refund Guidelines

  • We will process approved refund within 3 business day via original payment method.
  • Please note, any bank may take 5 to 14 days to reflect the refund in your account.
  • You will get an email with the detailed and confirmation instructions once the refund is initiated.

Exchange Terms

To accommodate the festive season, we offer an extended 90-day exchange and return window during the Christmas holidays.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • To make the return or exchange process easier, follow these simple steps:
  • Take a clear photo of the order from multiple angles.
  • Write a brief explanation of the issue in an email.
  • Attach the pictures and send your email to info@bonencia.com
  • Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours with instruction and a return shipping address.
  • Kindly whenever you return the item send them via trackable courier service.
  • Kindly share your tracking number with our customer support team.
  • After receiving your return item, we will carry out a detailed inspection.
  • Once the return approved by our customer support team, our Accounts Department will complete the exchange or refund within 3 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5 to 24 business days to appear.

Order Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: To receive a 100% refund, you have to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Partial Refund: If you order has been canceled after 24 hours but before 3 days of dispatch are subject to a 30% deduction.

No Cancellation: After 3 days of order confirmation, cancellation request will not be catered under any situation.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, in addition to the return shipping costs, which must be bared by the customer by themselves.
